Orders are processed between 3-5 business days and mailed out between 2-3 weeks. Most products ordered are received within 2-3 weeks of order placement. This time frame may be extended by 2 weeks during the holiday season.

International Shipping

Our shipping rates and times vary for international shipping. Orders are processed between 3-5 business days and are shipped out within 6-8 weeks. Some countries may receive their orders much sooner than this timeline. Most products ordered are received within 6 weeks of order placement. This time frame may be extended by 2 weeks during the holiday season.

Returns and Exchanges

Should your order be damaged, contact us within a week of receiving your order for a replacement to be sent at no extra cost to you.

Should your order be lost, we will issue a replacement to be sent at no extra cost, and rectify the inconvenience to you. If you have not received your order within the time frame stated for the country of delivery, contact us at peter@badassbathroom.com.

Should you receive the wrong product, size or variation indicated during order, contact us within a week of receiving your order for and we will ship the correct product at no extra cost to you.

Should you have chosen the incorrect size, contact us within a week of receiving your order for a refund, less 20% restocking fee. You will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
